Focus Topic: The Evolution of Science

What we mean by the Evolution of Science is how science, in terms of practice, knowledge, and focus, has changed over time and the major shifts that are happening now. If you’re interested in writing about the recent effects of climate change on natural disasters or the shift to big data and automation, or any topic related to “The Evolution of Science,” we would love to have you submit a feature article proposal! We also accept general articles, news briefs, and commentaries unrelated to our issue theme.

Sample feature article topics: climate change, gene therapy, evolutionary biology, big data, automation, or any topic that interests you!

Proposal deadline: Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 11:59pm via our proposal submission form.

More detailed information about the writing process and our calendar for the semester is available in the Fall 2017 Writer’s Guide. For samples of each type of article, check out our Fall 2016 Issue “Hot and Cold” and our Spring 2017 Issue “Changing Reality”! Feel free to email us at harvard.sci.review@gmail.com with any questions you may have!

Decisions on article proposals will be emailed to individual writers by Monday, Sept. 11th. We look forward to working with you!
